His Holiness the Dalai Lama will depart Dharamsala on January 3, 2025 and arrive at Bylakuppe Tibetan Settlement (Karnataka State) on January 5, 2025 for an extended stay.

His Holiness the Dalai Lama will lead a prayer ceremony in memory of the victims of the recent devastating earthquake that struck Dingri, Shigatse and other surrounding areas in Tibet. The public is invited to attend the prayer ceremony which will be held from 9 to 9.45 am at Tashi Lhunpo Monastery.
